汉英语中动构式句法构件及其特征的认知对比研究

A Comparative Study of Syntactic Compositions and Features of Middle Construction in Chinese and English

中动结构是日常生活中频繁使用的句法形式,其独特的句法特征常常被忽视。鉴于汉语和英语中都存在此类结构,文中总结了汉语和英语中动结构的定义、句法构成和特征,并深入分析了主语、谓语动词和修饰性成分。结果发现,中动结构用主动表达形式来隐含被动意义和主语的性状。因此,对于中动句式的认知理解与阐释,句法分析与语义分析是非常必要的。

The Middle Construction is a frequently used construction in daily life, but the unique syntactic fea- tures are often overlooked. In view of the fact that there are the similar constructions in Chinese and English, the paper summarizes the definitions, syntactic formations and features and analyzes the sub- jects, predicate verbs and adjuncts. The results show that Middle Construction implies the passive con- notative meanings and subjects＇ qualities by the active forms. Therefore, it is necessary to do the syn- tactic and semantic analyses from the cognitive perspective to elaborate the construction.
