背物行走时背部肌力及疲劳感知之分析与建模 被引量:4

摘要 双肩负重是常见的携物行走方式之一,针对人体负重行走时肌肉疲劳情况的研究十分重要。本研究分析背负背包行走对背部肌力下降程度及自觉肌肉疲劳的影响。实验是以两种不同的背负背包方式、3种不同的负荷重量比率以两种不同的速度行走于跑步机上,持续时间为10 min,记录实验前后的背部肌力及实验后的主观疲劳评分。研究发现,背负背包方式、行走速度和负荷重量比率均会显著影响背部肌力下降幅度及主观疲劳评分。本研究还建立了主观疲劳评分(RPE)预测模型及男女背部肌力预测模型,以量化背物行走时背部肌力与主观疲劳的变化。 Backpacking is one of the common ways of carrying a load. It is essential to study the muscular fatigue when carrying a laod. The objective of this study was to analyze the effects of backpacking on back strength reduction and perceived muscular fatigue. A backpacking experiment under two carrying modes,three load levels,and two walking speeds was performed. Male and female participants carrying a backpack either in the front or on the back of the body. It was found that both the back strength reduction and rating of perceived exertion( RPE) were significantly affected by load level,walking speed,and carrying mode. Predictive models of RPE and back strength reduction were established so as to quatify the changes of muscular strength on the back and perceived physical fatigue.
