猪混合感染牛病毒性腹泻病毒、猪瘟病毒、蓝耳病病毒和大肠杆菌的诊断

牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)不仅感染奶牛和黄牛,还会感染猪、鹿和羊等多种动物。猪感染BVDV会出现类似于猪瘟的临床症状和病理变化。本试验通过对黑龙江大庆市某猪场送检的病猪进行实验室诊断,确诊该病猪为牛病毒性腹泻病毒、猪瘟病毒、猪蓝耳病病毒和大肠杆菌混合感染。

Bovine viral diarrhea virus （BVDV） not only infected cows and cattle, but also infect- ed pigs, sheep, deer and other animals. Pigs infected with BVDV occurs clinical symptoms and path- ological changes similar to classical swine fever. In this study of a farm in Daqing City in Hei- longjiang infected of pigs for laboratory diagnosis, confirmed that pigs as bovine viral diarrhea virus, classical swine fever virus, porcine reproductive an-drespiratory syndrome virus and Esche- richia coli combined infection.
