摘要
在公路长大隧道开挖施工中,水压爆破施工因其对炸药能量具有较高利用率的优点而被广泛应用,同时该施工方法可减小因爆破而导致的环境污染。封堵灵水压爆破施工法是采用封堵灵代替炮泥,从而实现炮眼的快速封堵。以张承高速公路平顶山隧道工程为背景,分别对常规爆破法、水压爆破法及封堵灵水压复合爆破法在大长隧道爆破施工中的应用效果进行研究。分析表明,相比于常规爆破和水压爆破,封堵灵水压复合爆破法更能提高对炸药性能的利用率、降低施工环境的污染。通过对封堵灵水压复合爆破施工技术的研究,可为大长隧道爆破施工提供一定的参考与指导。
Grew up in the highway tunnel excavation, the construction of its hydraulic blasting explosives has the advantage of high energy utilization efficiency is widely used, while the construction methods can reduce the environmental pollution caused by blasting.Plugging Ling hydraulic blasting construction method is the use of blocking instead of stemming the spirit, in order to achieve rapid closure of the borehole.Taking Zhangjiakou Expressway Pingdingshan tunnel project as the background, respectively conventional blasting method, hydraulic blasting method and blasting method of composite pressure plugging Ling big long tunnel Blasting application effect research. Analysis showed that :compared to conventional hydraulic blasting and blasting, plugging Ling pressure composite blasting method can enhance the utilization of explosive performance, reduce construction pollution of the environment. Through the study of blasting construction technology of hydraulic plugging Ling complex can burst large long tunnel construction to provide some reference and guidance.
