盐酸氨溴索联合孟鲁司特钠对小儿哮喘血清MMP-9和TIMP-1的影响

Effect of Serum MMP9 and TIMP-1 Level and Pulmonary Function by Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution Combined with Montelukast Chewable Tablets in Children with Asthma

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索口服液联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片对小儿哮喘血清MMP-9和TIMP-1水平及肺功能的影响。方法:收集我院就诊或住院治疗的120例小儿哮喘患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组60例。两组患者入院后均给予相应的对症治疗,对照组患者在此基础上给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上给予盐酸氨溴索口服液治疗。治疗结束后对患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1,患者肺功能水平以及临床疗效进行检测并比较。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平下降(P<0.05),FEV1、FVC、PEF水平升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平较低(P<0.05),FEV1、FVC、PEF水平较高(P<0.05),治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索口服液联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片能够降低小儿哮喘患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平,改善肺功能,临床疗效较好,对临床有指导意义。

Objective： To investigate the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution combined with montelukast chewable tablets on the sermn level of MMP9 and TIMP-1 and pulmonary function in the children with asthma. Methods： 120 cases of children with asthma in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experiment group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The patients in two groups were given corresponding symptomatic treatment after admission, and the patients in control group were given Montelukast Chewable Tablets oral, 10 mg/times, once a day, for 8 consecutive weeks, and the patients in the experimental group on the basis of the control group were given ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution, 2.6 mg/times, 3 times/d, after meals, 2 weeks for a course of treatment, three consecutive treatment. After the treatment, the serum levels of MMP-9, TIMP-1, pulmonary function of patients and clinical efficacy were detected and compared. Results： Compared with before treatment, the serum MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels were decreased （P 〈 0.05）, the FEV1, FVC and PEF levels were increased in two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels were lower in experimental group （P 〈 0.05）, and the FEV1, FVC and PEF levels were higher （P 〈 0.05）, and the total efficiency was higher in experimental group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution combined with montelukast chewable tablets has excellent clinical curative effect on the patients with pediatric asthma, and it can reduce serum MMP-9, TIMP-1 level and improve pulmonary function.
