Furniture design course is a compulsory course for environmental art design majors, the opening of this course is to meet the market demand for high quality furniture design talents in society. Around the main task of furniture design course, this paper puts forward the reform measures for the lack of innovation, the lack of teaching contents planning, teaching experiment and diversity. including updating the teaching contents, teaching method reform and strengthen the experimental teaching.
