摘要 骨质疏松和血管钙化均为伴随衰老而发病率增高的退行性疾病,受多种因素影响。两者的发生发展都与钙磷代谢密切相关。近年来,涌现出许多关于骨质疏松和动脉硬化共同发病机制的研究报道,成纤维细胞生长因子23( FGF23)/Klotho轴是热点之一,本文将对其在骨质疏松和血管钙化中的作用进行阐述。 Osteoporosis and vascular calcification are both degenerative diseases associated with aging , and affected by a variety of factors.The occurrence and development of the 2 diseases are closely related to calcium and phosphorus metabolism .Recently, there are many studies concerning their common pathogenesis .One of the hot spots is fibroblast growth factor-23 ( FGF23)-Klotho axis.This article mainly elaborated its roles in the comorbidity of osteoporosis and vascular calcification .
