摘要
目的评价医患沟通课程效果并为医患沟通人文医学类课程的设置和内容作进一步探寻。方法将2010、2011级的口腔医学本科实习学生就有无选修医患沟通类课程为基础将其分为A医、B医两组,临床实习对应接诊处理的患者分为A患、B患两组,对两组双向分别进行问卷调查以评价实习医学生医患沟通行为及人文执医的能力。应用SPSS 17.0软件进行数据分析,组间各项比较采用卡方检验。结果87.91%的医学生具有良好的职业认同感,仅17.58%的患者认为他们的接诊医生具有较好的职业感。学生自我评价和患者评价共同表示,在"制定治疗方案能否与患者共同选取方案"、"操作过程中能否运用适当的肢体语言关怀患者情绪"两项中,A组的评价均高于B组(P<0.05),仅34.07%的学生认为自己有较好的处理特殊患者的能力。结论我院医患沟通类课程取得一定的课程效果,但在学生形象管理、心理管理、早期社会医患接触方面的工作需给予关注并加强。
Objective To evaluate the effect of physician-patient communtcanon eaucatlon o~ .~ students in stomatology and propose suggestions for improvement of course content and curriculum planning. Methods Questionnaire was made among the undergraduate trainees of grades 2010 and 2011 in the college of Stomatology. Two groups (group Adoctor and group Bdoctor) of students were di- vided according to doctor-patient communication course was minored in or not and two groups (group Apatient and group Bpatient) of patients were divided according to their doctors form which group.The questionnaire included interpersonal communication ability and cultural medicine professional skill evaluation from doctors and patients respectively. Experimental data were analyzed using SPSS 17. 0 software. Differences between groups were compared with chi-square test. Results 87.91% of medical students have good professional self-identity,while 17.58% of patients thought their doctors showed great professional sense. The evaluation from medical students and patients indicated that, in terms of "selecting treatment options with patients" and "non-language communication behaving human care during operation", A group is superior to that of B group and the differences had statistical significance (P〈0. 05). However, only 34. 07% of medical students claimed that they had enough capacity tohandle special patients. Conclusion Although physician-patient communication education achieved cer- tain teaching efficiency, it is of extreme importance to enhance the development of the students of im- age management, psychological management and early clinical contact, Cultivating medical workers in the future who have omni-directional knowledge.
