摘要
研究了从云南某锰银矿焙烧—氰化浸出银后的尾渣中去除铝。矿石经氧化焙烧再经氰化浸出,尾渣中锰质量分数为24.12%,氧化铝质量分数为18.58%。试验结果表明,用氢氧化钠溶液浸出100g尾渣,在NaOH质量浓度160g/L、CaO用量8g、浸出温度160℃、浸出时间150min、液固体积质量比3∶1条件下,尾渣中约90%的铝得到有效去除。
Removal of aluminum from a silver extracting tailing of manganese-silver ore by the process of roasting-cyanidation leaching was investigated. The content of manganese and aluminum in silver tailing are 24. 12% and 18.58% ,respectively. The results show that under the conditions of NaOH concentrate of 160 g/L,CaO dosage of 8 g,leaching temperature of 160℃,leaching time of 150 min, liquid-to-solid ratio of 3 : 1, the alumina of 90% in the tailing can be removed effectively.
