盐酸溴己新配合个性化护理治疗呼吸道感染的临床分析

Hydrochloride Bromine Combined Personalized Nursing Treatment for Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:探讨盐酸溴己新配合个性化护理治疗呼吸道感染患者的临床效果。方法:收集江西省人民医院2014年10月至2015年12月收治的呼吸道感染患者75例为研究对象,结合患者入院时间先后分为两组。对照组(38例)患者给予传统对症治疗,观察组(37例)患者则在对症治疗基础上给予盐酸溴己新联合个性化护理,对比两组患者治疗效果以及护理满意度差异。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率89.2%,对照组患者治疗有效率71.1%,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度91.9%;对照组患者满意度63.2%。差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸溴己新配合个性化护理能有效提高呼吸道感染患者的治疗效果以及护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study the effect of hydrochloride bromine with personalized nursing for the treatment of respiratory tract infection. Methods： 75 patients with respiratory tract infection from October 2014 to December 2015 were divided into two groups. Control group （38 cases） with conventional symptomatic treatment, the observation group （37 cases） patients, on the basis of symptomatic treatment given hydrochloride bromine has the new joint personalized care, therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared. Re^ts： The effective rate in observation group was 89.2%, which is higher than the control group （71.1%, P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of observation group is 91.9%, which is significantly higher than the control group （63.2%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hydrochloride bromine with personalized nursing can effectively improve the effect of the treatment of patients with respiratory tract infection and nursing satisfaction, thus it is worth of clinical promotion.
