摘要
针对当前生猪定点屠宰中检疫检验分设的制度现状,本文对其设置的历史演变、存在弊端进行了分析,提出了在现行制度框架下利用屠宰场品质检验人员作为指定兽医专业人员实施屠宰检疫操作,优化检疫检验流程,从而化解屠宰检疫检验要求与官方兽医人员不足的矛盾等建议,从而实现保障屠宰场猪肉产品质量安全的目标。
According to the present situation of pig fixed-point slaughtering system,the historical evolution of the system settings and the existing disadvantages were analyzed. In order to resolve contradictions between demands of slaughtering inspection and quarantine and inadequate official veterinarians,some related suggestions were given, such as using quality control inspectors(QC inspectors)as designated veterinary professionals,optimizing the procedure of inspection and quarantine,so as to realize the goal of ensuring quality and safety of pork products in slaughter houses.
