风险防范式护理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果观察

Application effect of risk prevention nursing in pediatric nursing management

目的研究风险防范式护理在儿科护理管理中的应用价值。方法以我院儿科的护理管理工作为研究对象,将2014年1—12月的儿科护理管理工作设为对照组,采用常规护理管理模式;2015年1—12月的儿科护理管理工作则设为观察组,采用风险防范式护理管理模式,同时在两组中各随机抽取出80例患儿进行护理质量、护理满意度的统计评估。结果观察组的护理风险事件发生率3.75%明显比对照组的11.25%低,且观察组的护士满意度、患儿家属满意度评分更高,护理质量在护理文书、病房护理、基础护理、特色技术护理、健康教育几个方面的评分均比对照组高,P<0.05。结论风险防范式护理管理模式是一种预见性的护理管理模式,将儿科护理管理中风险因素消除,有效提高护理质量,具有重要应用推广价值。

Objective To study the application value of risk prevention type nursing in pediatric nursing management.Methods Take pediatric nursing management in our hospital as the research object. During January2014 and December 2014,taken the conventional nursing management mode. During January and December2015,adopted the risk prevention type nursing management mode. 80 cases of pediatric patients were randomly selected from both periods respectively to evaluate the quality of care and nursing satisfaction. Results Nursing risk event rate of the observation group（ 3. 75%） was significantly lower than the 11. 25% of the control group,however,the satisfaction rate on nurse of observation group was higher than that of control group. The score of quality of care on aspects of nursing instruments,ward care,primary care,special technical nursing and health education in the observation group were higher than the control group,P〈0. 05. Conclusions Risk prevention nursing management mode is a predictive model of nursing management,it can extinguish risk factors in the management of pediatric nursing,and effectively improve the quality of nursing care,has important application value.
