日粮添加黄秋葵粉对肉鸡营养物质消化吸收的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在研究黄秋葵粉作为饲料添加剂,对肉鸡利用各营养物质的影响。试验选用体重、日龄相近的儋州公鸡60只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复。试验1组为基础饲粮,试验2-5组黄秋葵粉的添加水平分别为在基础日粮的基础上添加0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%。试验期28d。结果表明:与试验1组相比,试验2、3、4、5组粗蛋白代谢率分别提高了5.53%(P〈0.05)、15.52%、43.30%、60.23%(P〈0.01),粗脂肪代谢率分别降低了25.67%、25.63%、30.25%、28.93%(P〈0.01),粗纤维代谢率分别提高了24.19%、16.48%、71.39%、72.55%(P〈0.01)。总体来看,添加2%的黄秋葵粉能有效促进儋州公鸡对饲粮营养物质的代谢率。 In this study, we plan to apply okra as feed additives, testing the influence of okra addition on chickens" utilization of main nutrients. 60 Danzhou roosters with close weight and age were random- ly collected into 5 groups, each group with three repetitions. There were 5 groups, group 1 fed with basal diet as control, while group 2-5 were fed with the addition of okra powder to the basal diet with the ratio of 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2% respectively, the experiment period were 28 d. Results showed that compared with group 1, the metabolic rate of crude protein in group 2~5 was increased by 5.53%(P〈 0.05), 15.52%, 43.30%, 60.23%(P〈0.01) respectively, and the crude fat metabolic rate was decreased by 25.67%, 25.63%, 30.25%, 28.93%(P〈0.01) respectively, and the crude fiber metabolic rate was in- creased by 24.19%, 16.48%, 71.39%, 72.55%(P〈0.01) respectively. Overall, adding 2% of okra pow- der can effectively promote the Danzhou chicken metabolic rate of the nutrients in basal diets.
