机械传动轴用新型材料的组织与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用超声空化辅助法制备了机械传动轴用石墨烯改性新型材料,对新材料进行OM、SEM和XRD分析,以及力学性能和耐磨损性能的测试。结果表明:该新型材料由α-Fe基体、TiC相和石墨烯组成,具有优异的力学性能和耐磨损性能。与商用40Cr钢相比,该新型材料的屈服强度增加47.1%、屈服强度增加41.9%、伸长率增加46.2%、冲击吸收功增加46.9%,-40℃磨损体积减小49.0%、20℃磨损体积减小45.9%、80℃磨损体积减小55.8%。 A new material for mechanical transmission shaft modified with graphene was prepared by ultrasonic wave vibration assisting. The new material was analyzed by OM, SEM and XRD, and the mechanical properties andwear resistance were tested. The results show the new material is composed of α-Fe matrix, TiC phase and grapheme, which has excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance. Compared with the commercial steel of 40Cr, the yield strength, tensile strength, elongation and impact energy of the new material can increase by 47.1%, 41.9%, 46.2%, and 46.9%, respectively. The wear volume of the new material at -40~C, 20℃ and 80℃ can decrease by 49.0%, 45.9%, and 55.8%, respectively.
