双创背景下农民创业培训服务的现状及思考——基于303名创业农民的调查数据

Situation and Reflection on the Training Service for Peasants Entrepreneurship under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship——Based on the Survey Data of 303 Peasants

基于303名创业农民的调查数据,采用R-Q模型和卡方检验等方法对大众创业、万众创新背景下农民的创业特征以及创业培训服务的现状进行了分析,统计结果表明农民创业绩效与个体的学历水平、创业动机、风险意识等因素存在密切联系;农民对创业培训还缺乏足够的认识和了解,虽然总体对创业培训比较满意,但农民创业培训的实践效果还不明显,最后研究根据实证分析结果提出了相应的对策和建议,以提升农民创业培训服务工作的效果。

Based on the survey data of 303 peasants, the peasants＇ entrepreneurial status as well as entrepreneurial training serv- ice under the background of Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship were surveyed and analyzed by means of R-Q model and X2 test method. The results showed that entrepreneurial performance was strongly related to their educational level, entrepreneurial motivation, risk awareness ; the peasants knew little about the entrepreneurial training; entrepreneurial training was mostly satisfactory but with no significant impact in praetice. Some suggestions were finally put forward to improve the entrepreneurial training and service system aceonling to the empirical analysis results, in order to improve the entrepreneurial performance.
