摘要
目的:探讨保肺定喘汤对COPD气道重塑大鼠MMP-9、VEGF水平的影响。方法:30只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为3组,正常组、模型组及保肺定喘汤组。通过烟熏加气道滴入脂多糖(LPS)双重刺激法建立COPD气道重塑大鼠模型,观察保肺定喘汤治疗后各组大鼠一般行为改变与肺组织病理变化,使用ELISA法检测血清、肺泡灌洗液(BLAF)、肺组织中MMP-9、VEGF的水平。结果:大鼠肺组织病理改变显示COPD气道重塑大鼠模型建立成功且治疗前后改变有差异。与模型组比较,保肺定喘汤治疗组血清、BLAF、肺组织中MMP-9、VEGF含量明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:保肺定喘汤可降低COPD气道重塑大鼠MMP-9、VEGF的含量,这可能与保肺定喘汤减缓COPD大鼠气道重塑的作用相关。
Objective: To study the effect of Baofei Dingchuan Decoction on MMP-9,VEGF in COPD airway remodeling rat. Methods:Thrity male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups,including normal group,model group and Baofei Dingchuan Decoction group. By smoking and intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide(LPS) double stimulating establish COPD airway remodeling of rats,observe behavioral changes and lung pathological changes of the rats after drug intervention. Using ELISA detect serum,bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BLAF) and lung tissue MMP-9,VEGF levels. Results: The lung pathological changes of the rats showed COPD model rat remodeled Successfully and had differences between before treatment and after treatment. Compared with the model group,the level MMP-9,VEGF of serum,BLAF and lung tissue in treatment group decreased significantly(P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01).Conclusion: Baofei Dingchuan Decoction reduce the expression of MMP-9,VEGF of COPD airway remodeling rat,which could be related with Baofei Dingchuan Decoction slow down the effect of airway remodeling of COPD rat.
