摘要
目的观察胰泰复方对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠氧化应激的影响。方法 60只大鼠按随机数字表法分成胰泰复方低剂量组(中低组)、胰泰复方中剂量组(中中组)、胰泰复方高剂量组(中高组)、清胰利胆颗粒组(中对组)、空白组、模型组6组,每组10只。除空白组外其余各组腹腔注射13.3%L-精氨酸,空白组腹腔注射0.9%氯化钠注射液,造模后灌胃,各组给予相应治疗30 d。治疗结束后血清学检测超氧化物歧化酶中高组、丙二醛(MDA)。结果与模型组相比,各组SOD水平均有所升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);中中组高于中高组、中低组(P<0.05或P<0.01),与中对组无差异(P>0.05)。与模型组相比,中中组、中对组MDA水平显著下降(P<0.01);中中组高于中高组、中低组P<0.05)。结论调节氧化应激可能是胰泰复方治疗慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化的作用机理之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yi-Tai compound prescription on oxidative stress of chronic pancreatitis rats with pancreatic fibrosis. Methods: 60 rats were divided into 6 groups i.e. Yi-tai compound prescription group of low dose, medium dose and high dose, Qingyi Lidan particle group, model group and control group. The rats of the rest groups were injected with 13.3% L-arginine. The rats in the control group were injected with saline. Rats were lavaged after modeling. And each group received corresponding treatment for 30 days. Serological tests were made on SOD and MDA after the treatment. Results: Compared with model group,SOD of all treatment groups was increased (P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01 ). The SOD level of the group of medium dose was higher than the SOD level of the high and low dose (P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01 ),and was not different with Qingyi Lidan particle group(P〉0.05). Compared with model group,the MDA level of the group of medium dose and Qingyi Lidan par- ticle group was decreased significantly(P〈 0.01 ). The level of MDA in the group of medium dose was higher than the level of MDA in the high and low dose group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: The compound prescription of Yi Tai can prevent and treat pancreatic fibrosis of chronic pancreatitis by controlling oxidative stress.
