摘要
文章探索旅游者休闲涉入和城市特征如何影响地方依恋情感,依恋情感又如何影响旅游者行为意图.通过对厦门市旅游者进行问卷调查,检验城市特征、休闲涉入、地方依恋和行为意图关系模型.研究发现:(1)休闲涉入对地方依恋具有显著的正向影响.其中吸引性维度对地方认同的影响强度较高,对地方依赖的影响强度较低;生活中心性维度和自我表达维度对地方认同有显著的正向影响,而对地方依赖的影响并不显著;(2)城市特征能够诱发旅游者的地方依恋情感,而且地方依恋两个维度在城市特征与行为意图之间起中介作用;(3)地方依赖和地方认同对旅游者行为意图均有显著的正向影响.文章阐释了休闲涉入和城市特征对旅游者地方依恋和行为意图的影响机制和关系,研究结果丰富了旅游者和城市目的地之间互动关系的议题,为城市营销者进行游客关系管理提供了新思路.
This study examined how tourists' place attachment is elicited by leisure involvement and city features affect,and how tourists ' place attachment affect future behavioral intention. Questionnaire surveys were conducted in one of the famous Chinese leisure city Xiamen. The structural model indicates that:( 1)leisure involvement has significant positive effect on place attachment. In the terms of dimension impact strength,the attraction dimension has greater effect on place identity and lower impact on place dependence,and the centrality dimension and self- expression dimension have positive impact on place identity;( 2) the construct of city features has significant positive effect on place dependence,place identity and future behavioral intention,while place dependence and place identity mediate the relationship of city features and future behavioral intention;( 3) place dependence and place identity have positive impact on future behavioral intention. At the same time,the relationship between place identity and place dependence of place attachment has also been verified. Place dependence has positive significant effect on place identity. The findings offer important implications for tourist relationship management practice.
