Problems and suggestions on autonomous environmental monitoring in enterprises

随着公众对环境质量关注程度的增加,污染源排放情况也受到全社会的广泛重视。企业自行监测是把好污染源排放的第一关,自行监测的水平和质量决定了污染源监测数据的准确性。国控企业自行监测还存在很多问题和不足,应该从监督管理、责任主体及技术水平等方面,多角度加强自行监测能力的建设,提高自行监测质量,保证自行监测结果真实反应污染源排放状况。

With the increase of the attention paid by the publics to environmental quality, pollution source emission has been attached comprehensive importance by whole the society. It is the first pass for enterprises to control pollution source emission by carrying out autonomous environmental monitoring. Accuracy of pollution source monitoring data depends on the level and quality of autonomous environmental monitoring. Starting with the existed problems of autonomous environmental monitoring in enterprises, this paper tried to analyze reasons of the problems and discuss the methods and ways to carry out autonomous monitoring to enhance environmental quality and acquire accurate and real monitoring data.
