紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗治疗宫颈癌的临床护理方法分析

Analysis of clinical nursing in chemotherapy treatment of cervical cancer by Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin

目的 探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗治疗宫颈癌的临床护理方法 。方法 对我院2014年6月~2015年6月收治的宫颈癌患者60例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据护理方法将其为实验组与对照组,各30例,均给予紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗治疗,对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上接受综合护理干预。对比两组患者接受护理后的SAS评分和SDS评分。结果 观察组患者接受护理后的SAS评分以及SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者总体满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 给予宫颈癌患者护理干预能有效改善患者心理状况,提高患者满意度,效果显著,可在宫颈癌患者化疗治疗中推广。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods of Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer.Methods Clinical data of 60 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,according to the nursing methods they were divided into experimental group and control group,each of 30 cases,they were treated with Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin,patients in the in- tervention group were received the routine nursing care,observation group on the base of control group were received comprehensive nursing intervention.After nursing,SAS scores and SDS scores of two groups were compared.Results The SAS scores and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differ- ences were significant （P〈0.05）.The overall satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Concluslon The nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological status of patients with cervical cancer, improve patients＂ satisfaction,the effect is significant,and can be promoted in the chemotherapy of cervical cancer patients.
