摘要
目的:探讨沙盘游戏联合团体辅导对多动症患儿康复的影响。方法:将68例多动症患儿按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各34例,对照组给予药物治疗和常规康复指导,观察组在此基础上给予沙盘游戏联合团体辅导,比较两组护理前后核心症状、执行功能、行为问题、自我管理能力以及人际交往能力。结果:两组护理后核心症状、执行功能、行为问题、自我管理能力以及人际交往能力均优于护理前(P<0.05);经护理后观察组核心症状、执行功能、行为问题及人际交往能力评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),且自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:沙盘游戏联合团体辅导对多动症患儿康复具有积极影响,可明显提高护理效果。
Objective: To explore the effects of group counseling on Sandplay therapy combined with rehabilitation of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder( ADHD). Methods: A total of 68 cases with ADHD were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine drug treatment and rehabilitation guidance,while the observation group was given the sandplay therapy combined with group counseling on the basis of the control group. The core symptoms before and after nursing care,executive function,behavior problems and self management ability and interpersonal skills were compared between two groups. Results: Two groups' core symptoms after nursing care,executive function,behavior problems and self management ability and interpersonal skills are significantly better than that before treatment( P〈0.05). After nursing care,the observation group' s core symptoms,executive function,behavior problems and interpersonal skills scores were significantly lower than those of the control group( P〈0.05),and self management ability score was significantly higher than that in the control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion: Sandplay therapy combined with group counseling has a positive impact on the rehabilitation of children with ADHD,can significantly improve the nursing effects.
