摘要
为了弄清柑橘(Citrus L.)树冠光合作用的空间异质性,以湖北省秭归县一农户果园内6年生健康椪柑为研究对象,采用LI6400xt便携式光合仪测定了不同冠层和不同方位叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)、气孔导度(Cond)、羧化效率(Vc)、水气压亏缺(VPD)、气孔限制值(Ls)、光合有效辐射(PAR)、空气温度(Ta)、大气相对湿度(RH)等光合生理生态指标,并进行统计分析和差异显著性检验。结果表明,PAR、Tr、Vc、WUE、Ls、Cond、Pn在不同冠层和不同方位均存在显著性差异,而Ta、RH、VPD差异不显著。进一步的通径分析得出,PAR、VPD、Tr、RH是影响不同冠层和不同方位Pn的主要因子。
To clarify citrus canopy spatial heterogeneity of photosynthesis, using the healthy mature citrus in Zigui county as materials, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, water use efficiency, stomatal conductance, carboxylation efficiency, vapor pressure deficit, stomatal limitation, photosynthetically active radiation, air temperature, atmospheric relative humidity of different canopy positions were measured by Li-6400 xt portable photosynthetic system, then, the statistical analysis and the significance of differences were carried out. The results showed that, there were significant differences in different canopy layers and orientations among photosynthetically active radiation, transpiration rate, carboxylation efficiency, water use efficiency,stomatal limitation, stomatal conductance, net photosynthetic rate, while there were no differences in air temperature, atmospheric relative humidity, vapor pressure deficit. The results of path analysis indicated that, photosynthetically active radiation, vapor pressure deficit, transpiration rate,atmospheric relative humidity had greater direct effects on net photosynthetic rate in different canopy layers and orientations.
