摘要
视网膜静脉阻塞(retinal vein occlusion,RVO)是常见的视网膜血管性疾病,黄斑水肿和视网膜缺血是患者视力下降的主要原因。视网膜静脉阻塞的发生和发展,是多种因素参与的病理生理过程。随着细胞生物学和分子生物学技术的进展,检测细胞因子的水平已成为视网膜静脉阻塞研究中的一个重要方面。本文就与视网膜静脉阻塞相关的细胞因子进行综述。
Retinal vein occlusion is the most common retinal vascular disease. Macular edema and retinal ischemia is the main cause of vision loss. The occurrence and development of retinal vein occlusion is the pathophysiological process many factors involve in. With the progress of cytobiology and molecular biologytechnology, detecting the levels of cytokines have become an important aspect in the study of retinal vein occlusion. The article illustrates cytokines associated with retinal vein occlusion and mentions the prospectsin the future.
