Research into Innovative Services of Public Library Based on the Public Cultural Service System

随着公共文化服务概念的提出,越来越多的创新服务应用到公共图书馆当中,目的是为了提高公共图书馆的服务效果、扩大服务覆盖面。文章总结了公共图书馆的几种创新服务形式,即总分馆制服务,具有地域特色的书吧服务,以及基于新媒体的移动式图书馆服务。

As proposed the concept of public cultural services, more and more innovative services which apply to public libraries in order to improve the effectiveness of public library services and expand service coverage. This article summarizes several innovative services in the form of public libraries, that is,branch library system services, Shuba serviceswith regional characteristics, and new media-based mobile library service.
