妇炎康复胶囊在盆腔炎性疾病中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Fuyan Kangfu Capsules on Women with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探究妇炎康复胶囊在盆腔炎性疾病中的应用效果。方法选择盆腔炎性患者184例,对照组92例用抗生素盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组92例在其基础上应用妇炎康复胶囊,比较两组临床治疗,应用腹痛程度VAS评分和体征McCormack评分评价患者治疗后疼痛感的变化。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.6%,明显高于对照组82.6%,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组的腹痛程度VAS和体征McCormack评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),说明有效的缓解了患者的疼痛感。结论采用妇炎康复胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病,临床治疗效果显著,有效降低患者疼痛症状,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application effect Fuyan Kangfu capsules on women with pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 184 cases of patients with monthly pelvic inflammatory were selected. The control group of 92 cases used antibiotics levofloxacin treatment. The observation group of 92 cases applied Fuyan Kangfu capsule on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effectof the two groups was compared. Changes of pain after treatment were evaluated by degree of abdominal pain and signs Mc Cormack VAS scores. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94. 6% which was significantly higher than 82. 6% of the control group,and there was significant difference（ P 〈 0 05.）. The degree of abdominal pain and signs Mc Cormack VAS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,which described that it effectively relieved the pain of patients. Conclusion Fuyan Kangfu capsules in pelvic inflammatory disease had significantly clinical effect,and effectively reduced pain symptoms. It is worthy of clinical application.
