摘要
《北京航空航天大学学报》于2013年8月进行体制改革,采取学术与出版分离的办刊模式。文章以此为例,阐述实施方案、实践过程中的困难、解决措施,以及改革后的效果和变化,为探索更加科学有效的科技期刊改革方案提供参考。
A structural reform has been carried out to Journal of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in August 2013, separating manuscripts solicitation and manuscript review from publishing. Taking this reform as example, the concrete steps, difficuhies, and solutions are introduced. Meanwhile, the effectiveness and further tentative plans are addressed to provide information for exploring more effective reforms on sci-teeh journals.
