摘要
介绍了近3年电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)技术在地质样品、稀土金属及氧化物、土壤和水等环境样品、植物、食品及生物体试样中稀土元素分析的应用及进展情况并提出了展望。
In this paper, applications of ICP-MS technique in domestic in the latest three years were reviewed. Especially, applications of ICP-MS in rare earth elements analysis in samples including geological, rare earth metal and oxide, soil and water, plant, food and living body were discussed in detail.
