Study on Cultivation of Logistics Talents under One Belt One Road Strategy

分析了一带一路战略下物流人才的需求,提出一带一路战略下物流人才培养的改革对策:建立专业预警机制,依据物流产业转型升级有针对性地进行核心专业建设;适时动态调整专业结构,进行专业群建设;依据岗位技术新要求,及时优化课程体系;开展基于现代学徒制的成建制顶岗实习;有力推进国际物流人才培养项目实施,相关的对策方案对高校物流人才的培养具有一定的借鉴意义。

In this paper, we analyzed the demand for the logistics talents under the One Belt One Road strategy and then proposed the corresponding countermeasures for the reform of the logistics talent cultivation systems in China, namely building the specialty pre-warning system, properly and dynamically adjusting the specialty structure, optimizing the curricular system in a timely manner, implementing the on-the-job practical training practice based on the modern apprenticeship system and forcefully promoting the international logistics talent cultivation projects.
