地方师范院校学校环境与学生创业倾向的关系

The Relationship between the School Environment&Entrepreneurial Tendency in Local Normal Universities

以四川地方师范院校490位大学生为样本,从学校环境维度对大学生创业倾向的影响因素进行实证分析.结果表明:较好的学校环境能够显著提升大学生的创业倾向,其中,学校完善的创业教育课程体系、创业实践平台和服务保障对大学生的创业倾向具有明显的正向影响.因此,地方师范院校要构建完善的创新创业教育体系,营造宽松良好的校园创业文化氛围,为大学生创新创业提供良好的成长土壤.

A sample of 490 college students selected from the local normal universities in Sichuan were subjected to an empirical research designed to find out about the factors that may effect on students＇ entrepreneurial tendency from the perspective of school environment. The analysis shows that good school environment can significantly improve college students＇ entrepreneurial tendencies. Of the many school environmental factors, a complete system of entrepreneurship education curriculum, enough entrepreneurship practice platforms, and service guarantee have all played a significantly positive role on the entrepreneurial orientation of college students. Thus colleges and universities should step up their effort in establishing a complete curricular system for innovative creation education, and a favorable environment for campus job creating culture so as to provide the students with the necessary soil for fostering their innovative spirit.
