益生菌肠道黏附性研究进展

Advance on adhesion of probiotic in intestinal tract

益生菌黏附于肠道上皮细胞是成功定植于宿主重要的一步,只有黏附于肠道上皮细胞才能发挥其益生性。文章主要介绍了细菌黏附机理,在体外利用不同的细胞模型研究不同细菌的黏附性,特别是乳酸菌对不同细胞的黏附性,以及目前细菌黏附的体外及体内检测方法。以期为益生菌的应用和有效性评价提供理论参考。

Probiotics adhesion to intestinal epithelial ceils is the first step that they colonize in their hosts, so that probiotics can express their health-promoting effects. This paper introduced specific and non-specific mechanisms of bacterial adhesion, several probiotic especially lactic acid bacteria research status, and the current method of detecting adhesion. We aimed to provide the theoretical references for probiotics application and validity evaluation.
