导弹反舰训练效果是有效提高战斗力水平的基础。由于导弹反舰作战训练的复杂性和不确定性,直接对行动方案、操作人员的能力及其武器作战效能进行量化评价十分困难。构建了导弹反舰训练效果评价指标体系,提出了导弹反舰训练效果灰色评价模型和估算方法,运用灰色评判法进行实例验证,证明了方法的可行性和客观性。

Evaluation of training effectiveness of helicopter missile anti- ship is the basement of improving the combat effectiveness. Because missile anti- ship combat training is complex and uncertainty, it is hard to establish the index system of quantized evaluation, directly evaluation model of operations plans and op- erators abilities and weapon combat effectiveness. The basic thinking Und method of tactical training effect is brought forward. Finally, with the fuzzy comprehensive judgment it shows that the method is feasible by testing an actual example.
