教研室作为高职院校教学工作基层组织,其工作直接关系着人才培养质量,也体现着学院的办学能力。随着高职教育的快速增长,教研室建设和发展中的问题也逐渐暴露。文章针对发现的教研室定位不清、缺乏系统的业务管理体系、考核指标和体系不够合理、教师队伍未及时跟上互联网+时代发展要求问题,逐一提出应对举措,以期通过教研室工作水平的提升,促进学院整体教学质量以及长远发展。

As the basic unit of teaching work in vocational colleges, teaching and researching office has a direct relationship with the quality of talent training, and also reflects the ability of running a college. With the rapid growth of higher vocational education, the problems in the construction and development of teaching and research office are gradually exposed. In accordance with the unclear position of teaching and research office, the essay respectively proposed related measurement against the lack of systematic business management system, and the unreasonable evaluation index system, the teachers＇ chronic reflection with Internet age, hence to enhance the level of the work department, to promote the overall quality of teaching as well as the long - term development of college.
