艾箱灸治疗胃脘痛的护理体会

Nursing experience of Moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain

目的 探讨艾箱灸治疗胃脘痛的护理体会。方法 随机选取2013年7月~2015年2月我院收治的胃脘痛患者80例,均分为两组,各40例,对照组仅用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上结合用艾箱灸治疗配合全科护理治疗,对比不同方法的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治疗后有效39例,有效率为97.5%,对照组治疗后有效30例,有效率为75.0%,观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 胃脘痛采用艾箱灸配合护理效果显著,且经济适用,更易被患者所接受,值得广泛应用到临床中。

Objective To explore the nursing experience of Moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain.Methods 80 cases of stomachache patients from July 2013 to February 2015 admitted to our hospital were selected randomly and divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,the observation group was given moxibustion therapy combined with general nursing treatment on the basis of control group,the effect of dif- ferent methods were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5% in 39 cases,after treatment,the effective rate of control group was 75.0% in 30 cases,the treatment efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Epigastric pain with moxibusti0n nursing effect and economy is more easily accepted by the patients,it is worthy to be widely applied in clinic.
