摘要
通过调查福建省宁化牙梳山省级自然保护区境内林下不同立地质量的野生七叶一枝花根系分布及生长性状,结果表明:七叶一枝花对立地质量要求较高,以Ⅰ级立地的根系生长最好,Ⅱ级次之,Ⅲ级较差,其中:Ⅰ级立地的(7年生)七叶一枝花根系水平分布宽度达60.8㎝,垂直分布深度达22.2㎝,≥10cm长须根单株平均数量达21.0条/株,平均单株根茎鲜重达233.2g/株,平均芽长达9.2㎝,平均芽茎粗达2.72㎝,立地质量对七叶一枝花的芽体数量没有影响;研究结果为七叶一枝花林下人工栽培的立地质量选择提供参考。
The root system distribution and growth traits of wild Paris polyphylla Smith under forests with different site qualities were investigated in Yashushan provincial nature reserve of Fujian province. The results showed that the P. polyphylla Smith required high site quality, with its roots growing best in level I , well in level II and poor in level m sites. The root horizontal distribution width of 7 -year -old P. polyphylla Smith in level I site reached 60.8 cm and vertical distribution depth 22.2 cm; the amount of≥ 10 cm fibrous roots of single plant reached 21.0 and the average root fresh weight of single plant 233.2 g; the shoots' average length is up to 9.2 cm and width up to 2.72 cm. However, site quality has no effect on bud number. The results provided references for the choice of site quality in under -forest P. polyphylla Smith cultivation.
