摘要
文章以重庆主城区为例,从公共图书馆藏书量(供给)与街道(镇)常住人口(需求)的角度,引用随时间衰减的高斯两步移动搜寻法(Ga2SFCA),分别选取30分钟、60分钟作为最大搜索范围,对研究区域内的公共图书馆可达性进行研究。研究表明,重庆主城区公共图书馆的人均资源拥有量不高,图书馆的规模、附近人口规模、交通便利性对其供需情况有一定的影响;公共图书馆可达性分布不均衡,大体呈现以中西部为高值中心,向四周辐射递减的单中心环状结构,且随着时间阈值的增大,整体可达性有变好的趋势,但公共图书馆可达性分布的均衡性仍然较差。为合理提升和有效配置公共图书馆的资源,提出扩大高校图书馆开放力度和完善交通建设等建议。
Taking nine main districts of Chongqing as an example, this paper introduces Gaussian two-step floating catchment area (Ga2SFCA) on time decay to analyze spatial accessibility of public libraries from public library collection (supply) and the streets and township resident population (demand) perspectives, selecting 30-minute and 60-minute as the maximum search range. The results show that library resource per capita for the nine main districts of Chongqing is not high, lower than national and world average levels. Library supply and demand is influenced by library scale, size of nearby population, convenience of transportation. Generally, the accessibilities of public libraries vary, highest in the Midwest and decreasing outward. With the increase of time threshold, the overall accessibility tends to better off, but the equity of public library accessibility is still poor. Some suggestions such as enhancing the opening-up of university library and improving traffic facilities are presented, in order to develop public library resources rationally and effectively.
