摘要 目前我国一些科研单位和高校在科技人才评价导向上存在若干误区,主要表现为主张学术成果越多越好、人才成长越快越好、有显示度的指标越全越好、有层次的指标越高越好。这种导向会引发急功近利的浮躁倾向,诱发学术不端行为,干扰科研诚信。因而需要进行理性反思,揭示深层原因,及时加以调整。在科技人才评价导向中,应考虑各项评价指标之间的有机联系,强调代表作的质量、学术影响、原创性以及学者的学术潜力、发展态势、社会责任感等因素,以保证科研活动健康有序地开展。 There are some misunderstandings about the evaluation orientation of scientific and tech- nical talents at present. In some research institutions and universities in China, misunderstandings present themselves as "the more academic achievements the better" ; "the sooner talents be cultivat- ed the better", "the more comprehensive the standards the better", "the higher standards of differ- ent levels the better". This orientation will result in inclination towards being anxious for quick suc- cess and instant benefits. Once this inclination goes beyond physical and psychological limits, it will lead to academic misconduct and disturb credibility. Therefore, it's necessary to reflect upon this ra- tionally and reveal the deep reasons and adjust to them immediately. In the evaluation orientation of scientific and technical talents, we should consider the organic relationship between various stand- ards, emphasize the quality, academic impact, originality, academic potential, development inclina- tion, social responsibility, so as to ensure the healthy and orderly development of scientific and tech- nical activities.
