鼻中隔矫正术及下鼻甲部分切除术治疗变应性鼻炎临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effects of nasal septum surgery and partial inferior turbinectomy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的 探讨鼻中隔矫正术及下鼻甲部分切除术联用治疗变应性鼻炎的效果。方法 选择我院2014年5月-2015年5月收治的200例变应性鼻炎患者,采用不同的方法进行治疗,实验组采用鼻中隔矫正术及下鼻甲部分切除术联用,而对照组采用传统方法-口服抗过敏鼻炎药物与鼻用激素联用进行治疗。根据患者治疗后4周和1年的复查情况,统计患者病情的改善及并发症情况。结果 实验组患者的改善情况明显优于对照组,而满意度调查中,医护人员满意度和治疗过程满意度差异无统计学意义,但是两组患者的治疗结果满意度比较,实验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与对照组比较,实验组患者并发症情况得到显著改善,哮喘、结膜炎、慢性鼻窦炎、腺样体肥大的患者显著减少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 采用鼻中隔矫正术及下鼻甲部分切除术联用治疗变异性鼻炎疗效好,值得推广和使用。

Objective To discuss the effect of the combined use of nasal septum surgery combined with partial inferior turbinectomy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 200 patients with allergic rhinitis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were treated with different methods. The experiment group was treated with the combined use of nasal septum correction surgery and partial inferior turbinectomy, while the control group was given the traditional method--combined use of oral anti-allergy rhinitis drugs and nasal steroids for treatment. According to the follow-up conditions of patients 4 weeks and 1 year after the treatment, patients＇ improvement was statistically investigated and patients＇ complications were statistically analyzed. Results The improvement in the experiment group was significantly better than that in the control group. In the satisfaction survey, there was no significant difference between the satisfaction degree of the medical staff and the satisfaction degree of the treatment process, but in the comparison of the satisfaction degree towards the treatment results between the two groups of patients, the experiment group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the results were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. At the same time, compared with the control group, the complications in the experiment group were significantly improved, and the number of patients with asthma, conjunctivitis, chronic sinusitis, adenoid hypertrophy was significantly reduced, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined use of nasal septum correction surgery and partial inferior turbinectomy is a good method for the treatment of allergic rhinitis, which is worthy of promotion and application.
