中医特色护理辅助治疗胃脘痛脾胃虚寒证的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Auxiliary Treatment Weiwantong Spleen Deficiency Cold Syndrome

目的:总结中医特色护理方案落实至胃脘痛脾胃虚寒证患者中的有效性。方法:选择2013年1月-2015年12月在笔者所在医院接受对症治疗的胃脘痛脾胃虚寒证患者,共100例,分为两组,常规组49例,落实一般干预措施;中医组51例,落实中医特色护理措施,对比、观察两组护理情况。结果:常规组总满意度69.39%,中医组为94.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胃脘痛脾胃虚寒证患者治疗中开展中医特色护理方案的效果显著,在医疗机构内有继续推广的意义。

Objective： To summarize the efficacy of characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with Weiwantong spleen deficiency cold syndrome.Method： From January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital, 100 patients with symptomatic treatment of Weiwantong spleen deficiency cold syndrome were selected, and were divided into two groups, 49 patients in the conventional group with the implementation of the general interventions： 51 patients in the Chinese medicine group, to carry out the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures, care situation in two groups were contrasted and observed.Result： The total satisfaction in the conventional group was 69.39%, the Chinese medicine group was 94.12%, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing approach for patients with Weiwantong spleen deficiency cold syndrome is remarkable, it is significant to promote in medical institutions.
