声速检验法在气体超声流量计使用中检验的探讨

声速检验法是气体超声流量计特有的性能检测形式,具有成本低,无需拆装,不用停产,可在线监控等优点,一直被广泛关注。国家已经颁布相应的检定规程和国家标准。由于技术较新,声速检验法的可靠性和实用性尚需确定。国家石油天然气大流量计站凭借多年来对流量、温度、压力、物性参数等方面测试技术的积极探索,具备了声速法比对的科研试验能力,开展了涵盖国内应用的主要流量计厂家、口径、声道型式的超声流量计跟踪试验,验证了声速检验法的可靠性。

The sound speed inspection method is a special form of performance testing for gas ultrasonic flow meter.It has been paid attention widely with the advantages of low cost,no need of disassembly and assembly,no need to stop production,on-line monitoring and so on.The corresponding testing procedures and national standards have been issued.As the technology is relatively new,there are some doubts about the reliability and practicability of the sound speed inspection method.On the strength of many years active exploration for testing techniques of flow rate,temperature,pressure and other physical parameters,and with the scientific research ability of the sound speed method comparison,National Petroleum & Natural Gas Large Flow meter Station carried out tracking inspections covering the mainly used ultrasonic flow meters domestically from different manufacturers and with different apertures and channel types,which verified the reliability of the sound speed inspection method.
