摘要
结合当前船厂总组场地调度管理现状,提出了总组场地调度管理解决方案。突破场地布局智能优化技术、多吊车协同优化等分段调度技术,自主研发总组场地调度管理系统,实现总组场地的分段调度仿真优化。并以国内某大型船厂为例,通过软件实施,为调度管理人员提供决策支持,保证了船厂总组搭载阶段的均衡、高效生产。
Combined with the current dispatch management conditions of the block assembling yard of dock, a solution of dispatch management for the block assembling yard is proposed. On the base of the breakthrough technologies, the intelligence optimization technology of the block assembling yard and multi-crane, and other subsection dispatch technologies, a dispatch management system for the block assembling yard is independently developed, in order to realize the simulation optimization of subsection dispatch for the block assembling yard. Additionally, as a case study of a large domestic shipyard, through the implementation of the management system in this shipyard, the management system can provide decision support for scheduling management, and can ensure the balance and high efficiency production of block assembling in shipyard.
