摘要
以异丙醇-乙醇的混合液为沉淀剂,将疏水缔合聚合物从异丙醇-乙醇-水溶液中沉淀,提取溶液中的丙烯酰胺及其他小分子,分析了聚合物中小分子的种类和分析条件。结果表明:在适合的分析条件下其他小分子化合物对丙烯酰胺含量的分析没有影响;同时考察了样品前处理对测试结果的影响,得到了最佳的样品前处理方法,为:聚合物用量为0.2g,混合溶剂为水-乙醇-异丙醇混合溶液,三者质量比为(43~47):1:(52~56),沉淀剂为异丙醇-乙醇混合溶液,两者质量比约为99:1。该方法对疏水缔合聚合物色谱前处理效果良好,方法简便易行,测试结果准确可靠。
A high-performance liquid chromatography method was established for the analysis of residual acrylamide(AM)monomers in hydrophobically associating polyacrylamide(HAPAM).The mixture of water,ethanol and isopropanol was used as the solvent of HAPAM,and the mixture of ethanol and iso-propanol was used to precipitate HAPAM and extract AM and other small molecules from the solution of HAPAM.The experiments were used to investigate the influence of the sample weight,and the composition of the mixtures on the test of residual AM monomer.The optimized conditions shown by the results were as follow,the weight of the sample using in the test is 0.2g,the composition ratio of the solvent was(43-47)∶1∶(52-56)(water,ethanol and iso-propanol)by weight,the composition of the precipitator was 1∶99(ethanol∶iso-propanol)by weight.All the other small molecules using in the polymerization of HAPAM would not influence the test of residual acrylamide monomer.The method is accurate and sensitive.
