Design and Application of Nursing Quality Management System based on Mobile Application

目的探讨基于手机软件的护理质量管理系统的设计及其在护理质量控制中的应用效果。方法以网易研发的"有道云协作"为软件基础,设计护理质量管理系统,自2015年7月开始运用于护理质量管理。调查并比较应用该护理质量管理系统前后护理质量控制时间和护理问题有效整改率。结果应用护理质量管理系统后,护理质量控制时间明显缩短,与应用前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且护理问题有效整改率明显提高,与应用前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理质量管理系统的设计与应用,实现了护理质量管理的信息化和资源共享,提高了护理质量管理效能。

Objective To discuss the design and application of nursing quality management system based on mobile application.Methods Based on the application of Youdaoyun, the application of nursing quality management system was designed and applied in clinic since July 2015. The time needed and problem rectification rate before and after the application of nursing quality management system were investigated. Results After the application of nursing quality management system,the nursing quality control time was significantly shorter than before （P〈0.01）, and the problem rectification rate was significantly higher than before （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The design and application of nursing quality management system based on mobile application reached informationization and resources sharing, improves the management efficient of nursing quality.
