海外华文教育标准的类别分析及模型建构

A Study on the Classification Analysis and Systematic Standards Construction for Overseas Chinese Education

为顺应新时期海外华文教育标准化、正规化、专业化的发展需要,有必要对华文教育的标准进行全局性的系统思考。首先对华文教育标准的类别进行了分析,认为它包括产品标准、系统标准和社会标准三大类,继而从标准类别、教育门类、标准级别、标准约束力四个要素建构出一个正四面椎体的华文教育标准模型,该模型具有标准开发、标准解读和标准建设三方面的功能。本文还指出华文教育标准化建设应遵循"全面系统,重点突出"等实施原则和"分层推进式发展"等实施策略。

To better cater for the development needs of overseas Chinese education＇s standardization, normalization and professionalization, it＇s necessary to construct a standards system for overseas Chinese education. This paper first elaborates three types of standards, namely the standards for product, for system and for social obligation. Then it puts forward a standard model, which is composed of standards＇ classification, education service sector, standards＇ hierarchy and standards＇ force. This model can be functionally used for developing standards, explaining standards and implementing standards. Several principles and strategies need to be followed when implementing the standardization blueprint.
