摘要
目的:测定中药蓝萼香茶菜中微量元素含量,完善其有效物质数据。方法:将样品经过预处理、高压釜消解后,以45Se、72Ge、115In、209Bi为内标物质,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪分析方法进行测定。结果:蓝萼香茶菜全草中含有48种微量元素,其中Mn、Zn、Rb、Sr、Ba的含量较高。结论:蓝萼香茶菜中含有种类丰富的微量元素,为充分利用蓝萼香茶菜提供了科学依据。
Objective:To determination of trace elements in Rabdosia japonica( Burm. f.) Hara var. glaucocalyx( Maxim.) Hara,which perfect the traditional chinese medicine basic data. Methods: ICP- MS method was applied to determine the trace elements in Rabdosia japonica( Burm. f.) Hara var. glaucocalyx( Maxim.) Hara by using 45 Se,72Ge,115 In and 209 Bi as internal standards after pretreatment and high- pressure vessel digestion. Results: 48 kinds of trace elements in the whole plant of Rabdosia japonica( Burm.f.) Hara var. glaucocalyx( Maxim.) Hara. is successfully determined,which the contents of Mn,Zn,Rb,Sr,Ba are higher than others.Conclusions: Rabdosia japonica( Burm. f.) Hara var. glaucocalyx( Maxim.) Hara. is rich of trace elements and has high development and utilization value.
