摘要
拉曼光谱法作为一种新的光谱分析方法,具有简单、快速、灵敏、无损的特点,广泛应用于各生产研究领域。该文通过阐述拉曼光谱的产生原理,总结近年来不同种类的拉曼光谱在食品药品等领域的研究、应用、发展情况,并对拉曼光谱在食品药品分析领域中的应用前景作出展望。
Raman spectrum is a new type of spectroscopic analysis with the characteristics of quick, brief and nondestruction, and has been used widely for producing and researching in the food and drug field. This paper explains the mechanism of Raman spectrum, summarizes the progress of different kinds of Raman spectrum in recent years, and prospects its potential application in food and drug analysis.
