地域开发中的新区模式探析

Analysis of the New Area Model in Regional Development

城市新区是一种地域开发模式,而并非单纯的行政管辖手段,正为国内各城市广泛采用。本文在梳理总结学术界对城市新区一些研究成果的基础上,对城市新区总体概况、发展的外部条件、动力因素、自身特征等进行分析,进一步指出了城市新区微观运行系统上的特点,这一系统是由总体目标任务、产城融合互动、开发推进模式、政策支持体系等"四位一体"构成的,四个方面联系紧密、互相支撑,彼此的契合程度,关系到开发建设的最终效果。

New urban area is one of regional development models, which is widely used among domestic cities,and it is not a simple means of administrative jurisdiction. On the basis of summarizing the study of academic community of the new area of the city, this paper analyzes the general situation, the external conditions of development, the dynamic factors and the characteristics of the urban new area, and points out the characteristics of the microcosmic operation system of the urban new area. The quaternity consist of general objectives , city integration , promotion model, and system of policy support. The four aspects are close and mutual support, and the compatibility of them related to the final effect of the development and construction.
