“公司制教学法”在市场营销学课堂中的运用

摘要 出于高校人才培养的目标,结合我校营销专业《市场营销学》课堂教学方法的改革,打破传统纯理论课堂教学模式,将学生"学"与"做"有效地进行结合,通过"公司制教学法"激励学生自主学习,使学生对应该熟悉的知识和技能具备使用的能力。本文旨在通过这一教学方法的运用,有效提高"市场营销学"课堂的效率,提升学生的实践能力与积极性,缩短学校与社会的距离。 In view of the talent cultivation objectives of universi- ties, and combined with the reform of classroom teaching methods of "Marketing" course for marketing major of our university, we break the traditional pure-theory classroom teaching model and effectively combine students' "learning" and "doing". Through "company-oriented teaching approach", we can stimulate stu- dents' autonomous learning, and cultivate their ability to use the knowledge and skills they should grasp. Through the application of the teaching approach, this paper aims to improve the class- room teaching effect of "Marketing", and improve students' prac- tice ability and enthusiasm, so as to help them adapt to the soci- ety as soon as possible after they graduate.
