我国失智老人照护服务现状及其优化策略

The current situation and optimization strategy of care service for elderly with dementia in China

目前我国失智老人的照护主要包括居家照护和机构照护,均面临严峻挑战:一方面,照护者需承受较大的负担;另一方面,失智老人的照护质量欠佳。因此,应发挥政府主导作用、积极动员社区力量、发挥专业机构作用和整合各种社会资源,提高失智老人的照护服务质量。

At present, care for elderly with dementia in China is mainly consisted ol home care ana msumuonat care, with both facing severe challenges. On the one hand, caregivers need to bear heavy burden; on the other hand, care quality is very poor. Therefore, the government should play a leading role, actively mobilize the strength of the community, play a role of professional organizations and integrate various social resources to improve the quality of service for elderly with dementia.
