An Analysis on Problems of Promoting the Development of Vocational Education in Liaoning According to Law

辽宁省职业教育坚持依法治教,发展成效显著,但困难和问题仍然较多,如财政经费投入较为有限,产教融合、校企合作法律保障机制并未全面形成,中高职一体化有效衔接仍然不足等,所以必须以法治思维,完善立法,勇于创新,积极促进辽宁现代职业教育的快速、健康发展。

Vocational education in Liaoning province insists on managing education by law, and has achieved remarkable results. However, there are still many difficulties and problems, such as the limitation of financial expenditure, the absence of legal protection mechanism in the integration of education and production, and school-enterprise cooperation, the insufficient connection between the secondary and higher vocational integration. Therefore it needs to perfect legislation, encourage innovation to promote the rapid development of modem vocational education in Liaoning.
