摘要
通过对拆装式箱型房屋进行底框结构竖向分级加载试验,分析了拆装式箱型房屋整体抗弯刚度和立柱与顶底框连接处的半刚性性能。试验表明:箱型房屋整体抗弯刚度较弱,螺栓受力性能对立柱与顶底框连接处的半刚性性能影响较大。建立立柱与顶底框连接处的力学模型,给出连接处初始转动刚度的计算方法,建立考虑半刚性的有限元模型,并与试验结果进行对比分析,结果表明:在线弹性阶段,有限元模型的荷载-位移曲线和试验结果吻合较好,证明建立力学模型的可靠性,同时基于有限元分析,考虑了不同连接刚度对结构整体抗弯刚度的影响。
Through the vertical bearing capacity test of the assembled box house,the overall flexural stiffness and the influence of semi-rigid connection were analyzed. The research showed that the assembled box house had weak flexural stiffness,and the mechanical performance of the bolts had a great influence on the semi-rigid connections. An analytical model to describe the initial stiffness of the connections between the column and the roof( floor) system was presented. The calculation method for the initial rotation stiffness was also obtained,and the stiffness of the connections could be calculated. The members were analyzed by finite element program. The comparison between the model and test results was presented. The good agreement of simulating results with the test showed that the model was rational and more accurate in the linear stage. The influence of the different connection stiffness on the overall flexural stiffness was also considered based on the finite element analysis.
